TERMS OF SERVICE You must read and agree to these terms of service before you can become an active member of HeatherCarolin.com. Please review them carefully.

1/20. By signing on as a member of HeatherCarolin.com you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (the "Agreement"). The parties to this Agreement are you, the Subscriber, and HeatherCarolin.com. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, HeatherCarolin.com agrees to provide to you all the privileges of subscription to HeatherCarolin.com available to a Subscriber in good standing. This Agreement is subject to change by Company at any time, and changes are effective upon notice to the Subscriber by e-mail, posting or by mail.

2/20. DOWNLOADING IMAGES AND OTHER MATERIALS FROM THIS SITE IS RESTRICTED TO NORMAL BROWSER ACCESS.. USERS OF SUCH BULK DOWNLOADERS MAY HAVE THEIR ACCESS PRIVILEGES REVOKED. ALL MATERIALS, INCLUDING MESSAGES, AND OTHER COMMUNICATIONS, CONTAINED AT HeatherCarolin.com ARE INTENDED FOR DISTRIBUTION EXCLUSIVELY TO CONSENTING ADULTS IN LOCATIONS WHERE THE MATERIALS, MESSAGES AND OTHER COMMUNICATIONS CONTAINED AT HeatherCarolin.com DO NOT VIOLATE ANY COMMUNITY STANDARDS OR ANY FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL LAW OR REGULATION OF THE UNITED STATES OR ANY OTHER COUNTRY. NO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS (TWENTY-ONE (21) IN PLACES WHERE EIGHTEEN YEARS IS NOT THE AGE OF MAJORITY) MAY DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY VIEW OR POSSESS ANY OF THE CONTENTS OF HeatherCarolin.com OR PLACE ANY ORDERS FOR ANY GOODS OR SERVICES ADVERTISED AT OR IN HeatherCarolin.com. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MATERIALS PRESENTED AT AND/OR DOWNLOADABLE FROM HeatherCarolin.com INCLUDE EXPLICIT VISUAL, AUDIO, AND/OR TEXTUAL DEPICTIONS OF NUDITY AND HETEROSEXUAL, BI-SEXUAL, and HOMOSEXUAL SITUATIONS OF A SEXUAL NATURE, THAT YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH MATERIALS OF THIS KIND, AND THAT YOU ARE NOT OFFENDED BY SUCH MATERIALS. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU CURRENTLY WISH TO RECEIVE SEXUALLY EXPLICIT MATERIAL VIA HeatherCarolin.com AND HAVE NOT NOTIFIED ANY GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY, INCLUDING THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE, THAT YOU DO NOT WISH TO RECEIVE SEXUALLY ORIENTED MATERIAL. YOU HEREBY FURTHER AFFIRM AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE CURRENTLY OVER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN YEARS (TWENTY-ONE (21) IN PLACES WHERE EIGHTEEN YEARS IS NOT THE AGE OF MAJORITY) AND ARE CAPABLE OF LAWFULLY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT.

3/20. You acknowledge and agree that all materials contained at HeatherCarolin.com are proprietary and constitute valuable intellectual property owned by the HeatherCarolin.com and others who have licensed use of such materials to the HeatherCarolin.com. You acknowledge and agree that as such, You may access, view, download, receive and otherwise use the materials available at HeatherCarolin.com only as authorized by the HeatherCarolin.com. You agree that You shall at no time access, view, download, receive or otherwise use, or cause or enable others to access, view, download, receive or otherwise use materials, directly or indirectly in places which the HeatherCarolin.com does not authorize such access, viewing, downloading, receipt or other use. You agree that any and all unauthorized access, viewing, downloading, receipt, duplication or other use of materials from the HeatherCarolin.com, in which You are directly or indirectly involved, including, but not limited to accessing, viewing, downloading, receiving or other use of materials from this gallery in PROHIBITED AREAS in any manner shall constitute intentional infringement(s) of HeatherCarolin.com's and potentially others' intellectual property rights and other rights in such materials and shall further constitute a violation of HeatherCarolin.com's trademark and other rights, including, but not limited to, rights of privacy.

4/20. PROHIBITED AREAS: All parts of every geophysical place corresponding to a political entity or part thereof in which the access, viewing, downloading or other use of materials at HeatherCarolin.com would, or could reasonably constitute a violation of any law, regulation, rule or custom.

5/20. The current monthly membership fee that you will be charged is $19.95 per month ("Subscription Term"). Unless and until this agreement is canceled through the billing company, You hereby authorize Company to charge Your credit card, which you hereby acknowledge was entered by You, to pay for the ongoing cost of Your Subscription HeatherCarolin.com as well as any other purchases You make as a HeatherCarolin.com Subscriber. Subscriptions may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity.

6/20. The Subscription Term is automatically renewed at the end of each preceding Subscription Term unless notice is received by Company from You at least two (2) weeks prior to the renewal date of the then current Subscription Term. Subscriber further authorizes HeatherCarolin.com to charge Subscriber's credit card for any and all purchases of products, services and entertainment available at, in or on, or provided by HeatherCarolin.com upon subscriber's request.

7/20. You acknowledge and agree that if You cancel before or during your membership period, You shall not be entitled to a refund of any kind. You acknowledge and agree that Company shall not refund the unused difference. You agree that if you cancel at any time after purchasing a Subscription to HeatherCarolin.com (e.g., 20 minutes after you sign up for either Regular or multi month membership), you will still be charged.

8/20. Subscription to HeatherCarolin.com may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either Company or Subscriber upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail, or by telephone to CCBill.

9/20. Access to and use of HeatherCarolin.com is through the use of a password. Each Subscriber must keep his password strictly confidential. You give Your permission to the Company to collect statistical information on Your source Internet Provider address, and agree that if You share Your unique Login name and/or Your Password with another individual that Your access to HeatherCarolin.com is subject to immediate termination without notice or reimbursement of any kind.

10/20. Prohibited uses of graphic files, audio files, video files, text, hyperlinks, interlinks, search engines, and other software on HeatherCarolin.com ("Materials") include: (1) modifying, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling the Materials (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction); (2) making copies or creating derivative works based on the Materials except as provided herein; (3) renting, leasing, or transferring any rights in the Materials; (4) removing any proprietary notices or labels on the Materials.

11/20. Except for public domain material or material otherwise licensed to HeatherCarolin.com for dissemination, all Materials displayed at or otherwise available through HeatherCarolin.com are proprietary, and, except for initial downloading, may not be copied, redistributed, or downloaded, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorization of HeatherCarolin.com. ALL IMAGES BEARING THE NOTICE HeatherCarolin.com ARE PROTECTED BY UNITED STATES AND INTERNATIONAL COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK LAWS.

12/20. You agree that Materials and all other services provided to you by HeatherCarolin.com are provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranties of any kind. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of the Agreement. Some states do not allow exclusions of an implied warranty, so this disclaimer may not apply to you and you may have other legal rights that vary from state to state or by jurisdiction.

13/20. HeatherCarolin.com does not screen or endorse advertisements or communications submitted to HeatherCarolin.com by third-party licensees, advertisers, or subscribers for electronic dissemination through HeatherCarolin.com. Subscribers are therefore advised to use their own judgment to evaluate all advertisements and other communications available at or through the use of HeatherCarolin.com prior to purchasing goods and/or services described at HeatherCarolin.com or otherwise responding to any communication at HeatherCarolin.com.

14/20. Any liability of HeatherCarolin.com shall be strictly limited to the amount of membership fee paid by or on behalf of the subscriber to HeatherCarolin.com for the preceding month. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

15/20. No warranty is made by HeatherCarolin.com regarding any information, services, Materials or products provided through or in connection with the HeatherCarolin.com, and HeatherCarolin.com hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including without limitation: 1) any warranties as to the availability, accuracy, or content of Materials, information, products, or services; 2) any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

16/20. If the Company should at any time provide any service which enables Subscribers to communicate with or otherwise share information with other Subscribers or persons providing any kind or service to Subscribers, or post information at, in or on HeatherCarolin.com, you agree not to post, submit, publish, display, disseminate, or otherwise communicate any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, threatening, offensive, or illegal material or any material which would violate or infringe the copyright, trademark, rights of publicity, privacy rights or other rights of any person.

17/20. Notices from HeatherCarolin.com to Subscribers may be given by means of e-mail, by general posting on HeatherCarolin.com or by conventional mail. Communications from you to the HeatherCarolin.com may be made by e-mail or by telephone. All questions, complaints, or notices regarding service or billing should be made by means of electronic mail to heathermcarolin at gmail dot com. You agree to allow HeatherCarolin.com to inform you by email of special events, offers and notices about and from Heather Carolin and/or HeatherCarolin.com both during your membership and after it has terminated.

18/20. HeatherCarolin.com is not affiliated with any company or organization other than HeatherCarolin.com No inference of association or affiliation with, or endorsement by any company or organization is intended or should be inferred.

19/20. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Subscriber and HeatherCarolin.com regarding Subscribers' use of HeatherCarolin.com and all materials directly and indirectly related thereto. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California and the United States as applied to agreements between California state residents entered into and to be performed within the State of California, except as governed by Federal law.

20/20. BY SUBMITTING YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO HeatherCarolin.com YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU HAVE READ THE 20 PARAGRAPH MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT ABOVE IN ITS ENTIRETY, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, CONSENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT, REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE CURRENTLY OVER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS (TWENTY-ONE (21) IN PLACES WHERE EIGHTEEN YEARS IS NOT THE AGE OF MAJORITY) AND UNDERSTAND THAT MATERIALS PRESENTED AT HeatherCarolin.com INCLUDE NUDITY, VISUAL AND AUDIO PRESENTATIONS OF SEXUAL SITUATIONS AND ADULT LANGUAGE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, ARE NOT OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE, OR ARE IN AN UNAUTHORIZED DOWNLOADING LOCATION, EXIT HeatherCarolin.com IMMEDIATELY.
